Sandra Fernandez is an ethical and charismatic woman living in the beautiful city of Miami, FL. A native Cuban raised in a big city, Sandra is fluent in English and Spanish.

Sandra worked for 19 years in Miami Children's Hospital. Indeed, the career switch was a tremendous move for Sandra, who has earned such honors as Rookie of the Year in the Residential Sales, and she has been recognized as the Top Producer for Realty World International Getaway for over 8 years and a Top Producer and Managing Broker for Lifestyle International Realty.
Sandra owned her own office with 100 agents for 10yrs. Three years ago, Sandra partnered with Lifestyle International Realty and has been working in Residential Sales for over 22 years now. She is the Managing Broker of her Team. Real Estate is her pride and joy.
Throughout her career, Sandra has learned significant lessons pertaining to sales, but the most valuable lesson is that carefully listening to her clients and gaining their trust is the paramount importance. It is her ultimate ambition to have her clients feel that they can confide in her what their specific goals and requirements are so she can best guide them throughout their Real Estate process and meet, if not exceed, all their objectives.
Sandra specializes in Residential Listings, Residential Sales as well as Commercial Real Estate. She also has a passion for philanthropy and has been volunteering since 2005.
She is the 2007/2008 President for the Woman's Council of Realtors Miami Dade Chapter. She was the District Vice President for the Woman's Council of Realtors during 2009-2011. In 2013 Sandra was the President of the Florida CRS Chapter, and 2015 President for the Florida CRB Chapter. She has also been a Florida Realtors Director since 2008, very active in her local area with the Miami Association of Realtors and a Director for the Greater Kendall Business Association, as well as the 2017 Chairman for the Greater Kendall Business Association, 2017 Liaison of Spain for the National Association of Realtors, 2017 Chairman for Relay for Life West Kendal Hospital, and 2017-2018 Governor for the Women's Council of Realtor Florida. 2019 Florida Realtors Chair for Leadership Academy and 2019 State Secretary for the Florida Women's Council of Realtors. 2020/2021 Member of (NARLA) National Association of Realtors Leadership Academy advisory group. 2021 Chair for the National Women's Council of Realtors Global Mastermind group. 2021 Chair for the Florida RRC Global committee. 2022 Global Ambassador for the Women’s Council of Realtors, 2022 Co-Chair RRC Outreach Mastermind Groups. 2022-2023 Ambassador for the MIAMI Association of REALTORS. 2018-2023 Ambassador for AMPSI Spain. 2024 Chair Florida Realtors Diversity Committee. 2024 Florida RRC Global Chair.
